The primary purpose of this role is to re-engage with homeowners who have previously expressed interest in Renewal by Andersen products but did not schedule an initial consultation. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound communications, address customer objections, answer product questions, and effectively schedule appointments for sales consultants while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

What you'll do

• Contact homeowners who did not schedule during their initial conversation.
• Understand their concerns and identify opportunities to re-engage interest.
• Address objections, answer questions, and help homeowners feel informed about our products and services.
• Set appointments with the homeowner and our Sales Consultants.
• Document conversations and follow-up activity accurately.
• Work toward appointment-setting and performance goals with urgency and accountability.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development with an open, growth-minded approach.
• Follow Inside Sales Center policies and procedures.
• Support additional responsibilities as business needs change.
