Residential Support Specialist

The Residential Support Specialist works onsite in the adult residential program in Rumford, ME, Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $18.20 per hour. The role provides direct care in Community Concepts’ Residential Program. The position supports clients’ daily living and care plans while helping maintain a safe, orderly residential setting. It also coordinates assessments, referrals, and discharge planning to support client care.
