CNC Operator Lead

What you'll do

• Operate, maintain, clean, set up, load, and unload CNC mills, lathes, and routers
• carry out production processes
• lead and supervise teams toward customer satisfaction, productivity, and on-time delivery
• report notable events or problems
• operate cranes and forklifts and apply safe rigging
• use measuring tools including tape measures, micrometers, nibblers, and calipers
• keep the work area organized
• cross-train team members as assigned
• follow and reinforce safety and quality standards.
