What you'll do
- Serve as Lead Technical resource.
- Report on job status and performance.
- Control job costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers, customers, GCs, and subcontractors.
- Ensure use of PPE and safe behavior.
- Ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures.
- May oversee 3rd party resources.
- Direct and oversee the work of other Apprentices and Journeyman.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school.
- Experience
- 6+ years of experience in commercial building construction or other related industry/trade.
