What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standard recipes
• process guest payments and verify age for alcohol purchases
• clean and sterilize barware and equipment
• record orders and balance receipts
• monitor excessive drinking and take appropriate steps
• stock supplies
• recommend beverages and answer questions
• serve snacks or food
• maintain bar cleanliness and inventory
• coordinate with coworkers and report equipment issues.
