What you'll do

• Run hood-cleaning operations, including scheduling, crews, quality, and safety
• lead, train, and grow crews working overnight and off-hours
• ensure systems are cleaned and documented to NFPA 96 standards
• manage relationships with restaurants, QSR operators, institutional kitchens, and property managers
• build the client base
• help select equipment, set pricing, and develop division processes.
