Customer Service Representative, Food Safety Certification

Job overview

The Customer Service Manager role is fully remote and may be performed from anywhere in the United States. Compensation is $58,000–$65,000 per year base, with bonus eligibility. The role supports Eurofins Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance certification services.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance clients as their primary commercial contact.
• Handle client check-ins, certification roadmaps, issue resolution, renewals, recertification, and cross-selling.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals, qualify inbound requests, process orders and contracts, maintain CRM records and pipeline reporting, track renewals and forecasts, and support marketing leads and commercial reporting.

Why this role
