The Registered Behavior Technician — Home-Based ABA role is onsite in a client’s home in Phoenix, AZ, with stated pay of $21–$26 per hour based on experience. The listed schedule is Monday 2:30–6:30 p.m., Tuesday 4:30–6:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday 4:30–6:45 p.m. BehaviorCare Therapy serves families across Arizona, New Jersey, and North Carolina. The technician provides one-to-one, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis support to children with autism or developmental delays, following treatment plans designed by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role helps children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence while tracking progress and coordinating with the clinical team and families.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes using play-based ABA techniques
• follow supervisor-developed treatment plans
• track session progress using a phone or tablet data system
• collaborate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• provide families with feedback about sessions.
