Powersports Service Writer

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• support daily service operations and communicate with the Service Manager
• create and complete repair orders
• check for machine recalls and conduct vehicle walk-arounds
• update customers on service status and schedule appointments
• verify post-service test drives and vehicle cleaning
• process payments
• review service quality and warranty applicability
• conduct follow-up calls
• assist with marketing and shop scheduling
• complete brand-specific training.
