What you'll do

• Lead on-site data center operations and build the operations team
• establish staffing, training, and performance practices
• support construction handover, commissioning, and operational readiness
• maintain operating procedures
• oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for critical systems
• manage vendors, contractors, and site projects
• lead incident response, escalation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• coordinate with customers, utilities, and internal teams.
