What you'll do

• Manage repair-station operations, work scope, quoting, staffing, and coordination across maintenance, avionics, interior, paint, and FBO/Line departments
• oversee profitability and on-time delivery
• manage direct reports
• lead and train mechanics
• coordinate aircraft maintenance and inspections
• ensure FAA paperwork, records, and quality requirements are met
• maintain technical data and equipment
• coordinate parts handling and training documentation
• comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
