What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide customer service
• answer phones and return voicemails
• schedule and manage appointments
• onboard clients, obtain waivers, and create profiles
• check in clients and process retail transactions
• guide clients to services
• administer non-medical, non-specialty services
• explain wellness offerings
• conduct studio tours and sell packages and memberships
• complete opening and closing procedures
• support cleanliness, laundry, outreach, events, and social media initiatives.
