The role is part of Red Bull North America’s On-Premise National Account team, supporting distribution, volume, and programs with restaurant chains and franchises. The manager develops customer relationships and joint business plans, coordinates sales and marketing programs, and uses account and market analysis to drive execution and growth. The role aligns customer priorities with Red Bull stakeholders and supports consistent brand and promotional activity across assigned accounts.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships across corporate, field, and owner/operator partner networks
• work with Red Bull stakeholders to develop and execute plans
• create account programming and presentations
• conduct business reviews and hold partners accountable for agreed execution
• collaborate with marketing, brand, operations, and distribution teams
• adapt global frameworks to U.S. priorities
• manage budgets, forecasts, and spending
• analyze sales, distribution, and promotional results
• conduct reviews with account leadership and field sales
• develop programs to engage and reward staff.
