What you'll do

• Manage daily train operations and crews
• coach and train employees in safe work procedures
• monitor safety and investigate incidents
• coordinate responses to accidents and dangerous-goods events
• manage crew utilization, delays, and service recovery
• coordinate train lineups and crew needs with Rail Traffic Control
• oversee employee performance, onboarding, and development
• enforce operating procedures and collective-agreement processes.
