What you'll do

• Lead national editorial and digital engagement strategy across social platforms

• track and report KPIs
• test and optimize content and distribution
• drive audience conversion to newsletters, podcasts, web shows, and other products
• lead national marketing efforts and social calendar
• develop the social team
• manage independent contractors.
