What you'll do

• Manage monthly client billing and funding processes
• track funding status, utilization, forecasts, and variances
• develop Excel financial models and budget reports
• analyze operational and billing datasets
• support reconciliation and accounting
• lead transit-benefit and charge-card initiatives
• coordinate system enhancements, testing, and releases
• translate federal policy into procedures and system settings
• support charge-card and banking operations
• oversee application integrations
• coordinate stakeholder communications, training, and change management
• maintain records and documentation
• conduct quality assurance
• develop dashboards and process improvements.
