RESEA Workforce Services Representative

What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate workshops
• coordinate logistics, materials, communications, attendance, and evaluations
• provide RESEA outreach and scheduling
• help participants develop Individual Employment Plans
• assess skills, interests, work history, and employment barriers
• provide labor market information and job-search assistance
• make referrals and follow up
• document services and placements in ARIES
• orient participants to Ohio Means Jobs partner services.
