Customer Service and Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Customer Service and Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Silverthorne, CO, with a standard schedule of 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and a one-hour meal break; compensation is $24–$26 per hour. AHF Products supplies flooring products and supports branch sales and order fulfillment. The associate combines customer service and order processing with shipping, receiving, and inventory work. Accurate communication and stock handling help the branch fulfill customer orders and maintain reliable day-to-day sales operations.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer phones
• process orders and provide order status, ETA, and delivery updates
• resolve customer issues
• coordinate with sales representatives and team members
• schedule deliveries
• process shipping, receiving, inventory transfers, and cycle counts
• maintain inventory accuracy
• operate material-handling equipment as needed
• follow safety and quality procedures.
