Job overview

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Educational Leadership and Workforce Education role is based at Oklahoma State University's Tulsa campus, with engagement across the Tulsa metropolitan area and periodic travel to partner sites statewide. Compensation is not specified; salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role supports the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies/Workforce and Adult Education program and the Brock Chair of Innovative Educational Leadership. The Fellow advances research, partnerships, recruitment, and curriculum development across educational leadership and workforce education. The work includes managing research projects, collecting and analyzing data, developing publications and grants, supporting student recruitment, and contributing to teaching as program needs and expertise allow.

What you'll do

  • Develop partnerships with Oklahoma K-12 schools, CareerTech centers, industry leaders, workforce development agencies, and adult education organizations
  • support recruitment through outreach presentations and informational sessions
  • manage research projects, data collection and analysis, and publication development
  • contribute to conference proposals, grant development, and collaborative research
  • support curriculum development and integration of AI and emerging technologies
  • contribute to limited graduate teaching as needed
  • travel in-state to partner sites.
