What you'll do

• Manage and develop manufacturing technicians
• oversee build and test quality
• lead assembly, optical alignment, integration, calibration, verification, and troubleshooting
• support requirements and design reviews
• help transition development knowledge into controlled build records, tooling, training, and test methods
• use manufacturing and test data to identify recurring problems.
