Description

We are seeking a Senior People Data Scientist to deliver HR reporting through Oracle HCM and advanced analytics and insights by leveraging the enterprise Databricks platform. This role will focus on extracting HR data from Oracle HCM and other systems (payroll, engagement, cases, etc.), performing analysis and modeling within Databricks, and publishing curated datasets and dashboards in Power BI.
