What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate assigned HVAC field crews
• participate in apprentice training and development
• promote safe work practices and required PPE
• inspect equipment, structures, and materials for problems
• operate powered equipment safely
• respond to emergencies to address immediate safety concerns
• complete job documentation and attend project meetings
• coordinate staff on projects
• follow manager directions
• work extra days as required
• travel overnight within the region as necessary for meetings, projects, and conferences.
