What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly.
