The administrator maintains and supports facility systems through troubleshooting, configuration, security, upgrades, backups, and accreditation support, helping sustain the technical environment used for mission and training operations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware setup, operating-system loading and configuration, and application installation and configuration.
• Perform system security, upgrades, backups, and archiving.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues, correct system deficiencies, and prepare reports for management review.
• Support installation, configuration management, and accreditation of Technical Integration Facility systems.
• Help develop documentation to acquire required services, hardware, and software.
