Compensation is $16 per hour. The Concert Event Staff - Boise State University role is an onsite position based in Nampa, ID. 50/hr, supporting the event services team at BEST Crowd Management. This role exists to create memorable experiences for event attendees by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, orderly environment. Staff members contribute to the team's success by assisting with event operations, crowd control, and attendee inquiries.

What you'll do

• Provide outstanding customer service, assist with event set-up, monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance, answer attendee questions, direct attendees to appropriate locations, resolve customer inquiries, collaborate with event staff and vendors, and assist with crowd control measures.
