What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire, contract, and contract-to-permanent science positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral interviews, and reference checks
• build a pipeline of active and passive science talent
• develop prospects through outbound sales, referrals, cross-selling, and marketing
• build client relationships through visits and meetings
• prepare candidates for interviews and conduct debriefs
• maintain candidate records
• monitor science-industry trends and hiring patterns.
