The Senior Project Manager — Architecture role is onsite in West Sacramento, CA. Pay is $135,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is part of Clark Pacific’s Architecture department and coordinates with engineering, design-build/general contracting, and field teams. The project lead guides architectural work from conceptual design through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. The role manages project teams, consultants, budgets, schedules, and coordination to support profitable projects, client satisfaction, and departmental technical advancement.

What you'll do

• Lead and monitor selected project teams
• review contract documents against contracted scope
• manage external design consultants, proposals, contracts, invoices, budgets, and performance
• coordinate with internal departments, general contractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and client representatives
• manage architectural project budgets
• report project and budget status, issues, and solutions
• present project updates
• support department operations.
