What you'll do

• Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences
• connect real-world nursing practice to coursework
• coach and mentor students in clinical skills, judgment, communication, and confidence
• observe and evaluate student performance
• identify support needs and assist with coaching and remediation
• collaborate with faculty and staff
• maintain current nursing practice
• participate in select university activities, including faculty meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation.
