What you'll do

• Receive and process warranty returns and document product details and defects in the CRM
• learn product categories, repair limitations, and approved methods
• evaluate products and document findings
• perform basic repairs using heat presses, seam tape machines, sewing machines, and water and alcohol testing methods
• inspect and water-test products before return
• follow safety and equipment-use guidelines
• maintain a clean, organized work area.
