Commercial Operations Specialist — Part-Time

The position exists to resolve client questions and service issues while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. It also identifies recurring problems and works with internal teams to reduce future issues.

What you'll do

• Support Cash Management, ACH, and Commercial Card customers by phone, email, and chat
• research inquiries and explain banking products and services
• resolve or escalate technical, procedural, and service issues
• analyze root causes and recommend process improvements
• partner with internal operations teams
• communicate service risks to management
• meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations
• document interactions and follow up with customers.
