What you'll do
- Coordinate behavioral and physical health care
- provide psychiatric nursing services consistent with physician orders
- collaborate on recovery plans
- assess mental health symptoms
- educate and supervise medication self-administration
- liaise with CNAs, resident managers, families, and community agencies
- monitor medication compliance, efficacy, and reported side effects
- support annual physical reviews and treatment access.
