Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Correspond with prospective residents, establish rapport, set appointments, tour the community, and guide prospects through leasing and move-in
• generate leases and prepare and maintain resident files and correspondence
• participate in planning and executing resident events
• maintain social media presence and work with internal marketing to create and post content
• build resident relationships, resolve community-related issues, and support leasing goals and retention.
