What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online
• enter, confirm, and process orders
• track shipments and communicate updates or delays
• prepare quotes and follow up on open orders
• research and resolve billing, return, and shipping issues
• maintain customer account records
• coordinate product availability and delivery timelines
• process return authorizations, credits, and replacement orders
• assist with month-end and reporting tasks.
