What you'll do

• Drive store sales, profitability, and conversion
• coach staff and prepare weekly schedules
• resolve customer and patient concerns
• oversee cash handling, deposits, expenses, and payroll monitoring
• manage inventory, receiving, cycle counts, and merchandise presentation
• communicate with staff, customers, vendors, and the regional Operations Coordinator
• obtain California Exemptee Certification using company-covered training and fees
• make occasional deliveries and transport equipment using a company van.
