Sales Associate — Orangetheory Fitness

The Sales Associate role is onsite in Georgetown, TX, with stated pay of $12 per hour. The studio’s mission is to spread “More Life” to members and the community. The role welcomes prospective and current members, introduces them to the Orangetheory concept, and supports studio membership growth through tours, follow-up, sales, and coordination with trainers.

What you'll do

• Greet studio visitors
• present the Orangetheory concept
• answer phones and assist members at the front desk
• give studio tours
• work with trainers to guide introductory visitors through their first workout
• sell memberships
• follow up with prospective clients
• address member concerns
• participate in marketing and outreach events
• keep studio areas clean and organized.
