What you'll do

• Conduct formal 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews
• verify compliance with utility standards and construction requirements
• review conductor sizing, transformer loading, grounding, clearances, pole loading, and protective-device coordination
• assess constructability, safety, and material lists
• support 4.8kV-to-13.2kV conversion initiatives
• make occasional field visits to validate conditions
• document findings and corrective actions
• and collaborate with engineering, project management, standards teams, and external design firms.
