What you'll do

• Inspect homes and properties and generate scopes
• complete estimates within 24 hours of assignment
• use Xactimate or Symbility as required
• work with insured parties to obtain agreement
• meet company gross-profit standards
• document change orders and insurance supplements
• maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and third-party administrators
• participate in the on-call rotation as the first homeowner contact
• follow health and safety requirements.
