Restoration Technician

The Restoration Technician role is onsite in Fairfield, OH. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. Rainbow International of Cincinnati serves homeowners and businesses throughout the Greater Cincinnati area with property damage restoration. The technician performs water, fire, and smoke damage restoration at residential and commercial sites, supports drying and debris-removal work, documents site conditions, and communicates with customers and team members. The employer provides on-the-job training; no prior restoration experience is required.

What you'll do

• Perform water, fire, and smoke damage restoration
• set up and monitor drying equipment
• assist with debris removal, demolition, and structural drying
• document site conditions with photos, notes, and moisture readings
• communicate with customers and team members
• maintain equipment and company vehicles
• follow safety protocols and industry standards.
