What you'll do

• Conduct buyer consultations and clarify investment goals and financing readiness
• advise on short-term rental feasibility and market dynamics
• manage showings, offers, negotiations, contracts, contingencies, and closings
• coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title professionals, vendors, and internal teams
• identify common short-term rental risk areas and escalate legal or regulatory questions
• track pipeline and client status.
