What you'll do

• Identify and qualify R&D opportunities aligned with IEM’s technical capabilities
• develop agency and customer relationships
• lead sales forecasts, proposals, presentations, and contract closing
• coordinate proposal responses with internal teams
• maintain pipeline and sales metrics
• support contract transitions, modifications, and customer follow-up after award.
