Senior Estimator – Water/Wastewater

What you'll do

• Estimate water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, process piping, and related infrastructure
• perform quantity takeoffs and price self-performed labor, materials, and equipment
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• assess phasing, staging, logistics, constructability, and sequencing
• develop preliminary schedules
• identify risks, opportunities, value engineering, and cost savings
• participate in bid reviews
• prepare project budgets and lead handoffs
• support subcontractor and supplier buyout after award.
