Security Estimator / Project Manager

What you'll do

• Review construction drawings, specifications, bid documents, and security requirements
• perform device counts and material and labor takeoffs
• develop project costs and review supplier pricing
• assist with proposals and bid submissions
• identify scope gaps and drawing conflicts
• maintain estimating files
• coordinate project participants, materials, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, costs, and progress
• participate in customer and construction meetings and jobsite visits.
