What you'll do

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wills, trusts, and wealth preservation
• draft and review estate planning documents
• manage probate and estate administration, including filings and distributions
• handle estate litigation and Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court proceedings
• guide executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and families
• collaborate with colleagues across practice areas.
