What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• maintain kitchen floors, walls, and service areas
• operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• store clean wares properly
• monitor dishwashing equipment and supplies
• remove waste and recycling
• assist with kitchen towel restocking and event food transport
• report maintenance or safety concerns.
