What you'll do

• Manage patient outreach, warm handoffs, referral and screening completion, and live scheduling
• forecast staffing needs by market
• report central operating metrics
• hire, train, and manage calling and scheduling staff
• maintain standard operating procedures
• serve as an operational contact for the partner
• resolve scheduling and referral issues
• lead operational onboarding for new markets
• coordinate with clinical teams and leadership.
