• Design customized technical solutions, including inductors and transformers, to meet customer requirements and grow revenue and profitability in the European market.
• Promote and sell products, work with direct accounts and distributor sales teams on sales plans, provide technical training and support, prepare sales and technical presentations, collaborate with marketing, engineering, and production, coordinate responses to customer complaints and returns, support quotes and sampling, negotiate special pricing and conditions, and manage customer support.
