What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies
• communicate observations to appropriate personnel or emergency responders
• prepare accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities.
