Job overview

The Home Caregiver role is onsite in Pontiac, IL, with evening and awake overnight openings; some listed overnight coverage is in Ransom, IL. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for awake overnight shifts. Flawless Family Home Care provides non-medical home care to help older adults and people with disabilities remain safe and independent at home. Caregivers provide personal assistance, supervision, and companionship in clients’ homes, following individualized care plans. Their support with daily activities, mobility, meals, and medication reminders helps clients remain comfortable and safe in their homes.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on personal care and dementia support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• assist with mobility and transfers
• provide companionship, supervision, and redirection
• prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• follow individualized care plans and help clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
