What you'll do

• Independently perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair balers, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, shafts, rollers, bearings, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• interpret schematics and technical manuals
• identify equipment failure causes
• maintain records and safe work areas
• and provide technical guidance to junior technicians. The role may include nights, weekends, and emergency repairs to support operations.
