When the Store Manager is absent, the assistant manager leads the operation to ensure company standards and practices are met.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coach retail associates
• support customer service at registers, the service desk, and sales floor
• analyze store reports and communicate variances
• schedule associates
• coordinate cleaning tasks
• maintain safety policies
• assist with onboarding and orientation
• and ensure merchandise is presented according to company guidelines.
